We've just wrapped up our March POS Feedback Challenge, and we wanted to share the results with you all. A big thank you goes out to everyone who took the time to share their thoughts with us. It's your feedback that helps us improve and grow stronger as a team.

User Friendliness: Many of you mentioned how the POS system is easy to navigate, which makes for a smoother service.
Analytics: The detailed reports available at our fingertips allow us to keep track of everything from sales to customer preferences.
Customer Support: When issues arise, it's reassuring to know that help is just a quick call away.
Mobility with Handhelds: The ability to take orders directly at the table or even outside has improved our service and customer satisfaction. CHIRINGA staff loves going to 'the green' to serve customers.
We got room for improvement feedback! You've given us great ideas, like adding specific buttons for popular items (sauce on the side!) to make ordering even more efficient.
